摘 要:采用水热合成和甲醛还原法,以纳米CeO2为载体,负载Pd制备催化剂。通过SEM、BET法对催化剂结构进行表征。利用环己烯在水热反应釜中氢化活化木质素。用化学滴定分析方法和紫外示差法检测木质素磺酸盐氢化反应前后总羟基和酚羟基含量,采用FTIR光谱对反应前后木质素磺酸盐化学结构进行了分析。结果表明,制备的Pd/CeO2对木质素磺酸盐氢化还原反应具有较高的催化活性。Pd/CeO2 was prepared by coprecipitation method and impregnation-calcination method. And it was characterized by scanning electronic microscopy (SEM ) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET ). Hydroxylignosulfonate was hydrogenated in a hydrothermal reactor using cyclohexene. The number of functional groups of sodium lignosulfonate before and after hydrogenation reaction catalyzed by Pd/CeO 2 was determined by chemical titration analysis and deferential UV spectrophotometry. And samples were characterized by FTIR. The result showed that the reaction activity of sodium lignosulfonate was improved obviously.
