摘 要:在充分了解膏状复合氨基酸和块状锌渣为应用背景的基础上,综合利用制备复合氨基酸螯合锌,以做到满足固废利用、利于环保、降低生产成本的应用优势。在实验中,螯合反应主要是受溶液的pH、温度、反应时间及摩尔比因素的影响,数据分析表明,膏状氨基酸与锌渣的最佳螯合条件是:膏状氨基酸与锌渣的摩尔配比为2:1,pH值为8,反应温度(85±2)℃,反应时间60min。The complex chelated amino acidic zinc (Ⅱ) compounds were prepared on a basis of comprehensive utilization of zinc slag and paste-like amino acids for waste solid reusage, environment protection and low-cost producing. It was found that chelating reactions were influenced by pH value, reaction temperature, times and mole ratio during the experiment processes. The appropriate conditions obtained by the analyses of testing data were the mole ratio of zinc slag and paste-like amino acids of1 :2, pH value of 8, reaction temperature of (85±2 )℃ and times of 60 min.
