摘 要:为研究预吸附水蒸汽对超高交联树脂穿透吸附的影响,本文开展了不同初始含水率的超高交联树脂吸附二氯乙烷的实验。Y-N方程能很好的拟合不同含水率树脂的穿透曲线,其拟合系数R2均能达到0.99。当吸附树脂的初始含水率0增加到33%时,吸附速率和穿透吸附量都呈现出现增加再减少的趋势。此外,在含水率在小于等于33%的情况下,含水树脂的穿透吸附量都比干燥树脂的吸附量大。In order to study the effect of pre-adsorbed water vapor on the breakthrough adsorption, dichloroethane was adsorbed by hypercrosslinked resin with different initial moisture. Y-N equation can fit all the breakthrough curves well, where the R2 can reach 0.99. When the initial moisture content of the resin increased from 0 to33%, the adsorption rate and the breakthrough adsorption capacity increased first and then decreased. In addition, the breakthrough adsorption capacity of water-containing resins was higher than that of dry resins when the initial moisture content of the resin was less than33%.
