摘  要:选取长久堆存的赤泥堆场风化物,采用酸活化的方式改善其除磷性能,重点考察了酸活化浓度、接触时间和投加量对材料除磷性能的影响。实验结果表明,酸活化有效提高了风化赤泥样品的除磷性能。例如,选取2.5mol/L盐酸活化后的样品进行除磷实验,在20℃下,样品投加量10g/L接触时间3h时对50mg/L含磷溶液的除磷率可达到96.30%。随着赤泥样品投加量的增加,磷的去除率逐渐上升并趋于平缓,最经济投加量约为10g/L。Weathered red mud that was stockpiled for a long time was selected to improve its phosphorus removal performance by acid activation. The effects of acid activation concentration, contacting time and dosage on phosphorus removal performance of the material were investigated. The experimental results showed that acid activation could effectively improve the phosphorus removal performance of weathered red mud samples. For example,2.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid-activated sample was used for the phosphorus removal experiment. At20 ℃, the phosphorus removal rate of the 50 mg/L phosphorus solution reached 96.3% when the sample dosage was10 g/L and contacting time was3 h. With the increase of the dosage of red mud samples, the trend of removal rate of phosphorus gradually rose and finally tended to be flat, and the most economical dosage was about10 g/L.
