摘  要:以乙酸乙酯/水-醋酸铵体系建立了土壤中农药提取前处理条件,结合LC-MS/MS测定了11种农药残留。当乙酸乙酯体积分数为70.00%、醋酸铵为3.00g、提取温度25℃时,11种农药在0.10~100.00μg/L内线性范围良好,且相关系数R2均大于0.99。样品加标回收率在62.40%~114.00%之间,且RSD均小于10.00%。对烟台市三个地区土壤样品进行分析,均检出对硫磷,RSD<5.97%,该方法适用性良好。A pretreatment system was established for ethyl acetate/water-ammonium acetate and detection of23 pesticide residues by LC-MS/MS. When the volume fraction of ethyl acetate was 70%, the addition of ammonium acetate was 3.000 g and the extracting temperature was25 ℃.11 kinds of pesticide in 0.1~100 μg/L had good linear range, and the correlation coefficient R2 was greater than 0.99, the recovery rate was between 62.40%~114.0%, and RSD<10%. In the detection of the real samplesin Yantai, parathion was detected, RSD<5.97%. The method had good applicability.
