摘 要:为进一步明确青蟹生态育苗池中浮游生物对青蟹溞状幼体的影响,在8口池塘中开展拟穴青蟹池塘生态育苗生产试验,通过对育苗期内池塘浮游动、植物调查,采用非线性多维标度排序分析方法了解育苗池中浮游植物的结构特点,利用多元逐步回归法揭示溞状幼体与浮游动物的数量关系,再运用冗余分析方法探讨浮游植物对青蟹溞状幼体的影响.结果表明:(1)青蟹生态育苗池浮游植物可分为4个群组,分别是早期丰度优势的硅藻群组、由绿藻为主组成的绝对优势群组、由甲藻组成后期发展的群组以及丰度和出现率均低的群组.(2)逐步回归分析结果显示,青蟹溞状幼体数量与轮虫、无节幼体、丰年虫相关,并主要受轮虫和丰年虫影响.(3)通过冗余分析发现,与青蟹溞状幼体正相关的浮游植物为硅藻群组的种类,而负相关的为甲藻群组的种类.The current study was aimed to understand the effect of bioplankton on the zoea of the mud crab in ecological breeding pond of Scylla paramamosain. A total of 8 ecological breeding ponds were selected to discover the phytoplankton characteristics by Nonlinear Multidimensional Scaling Ranking Analysis and the effect of phytoplankton on the zoea by Redundancy Analysis. Phytoplankton and zooplankton were investigated during the breeding period. The results indicated that phytoplankton in crab ecological breeding pond can be divided into four groups: Diatom group with early abundance dominance, absolute dominance group with chlorophyta as the main component, later developed dinoflagellate group, low abundance and occurrence rate group. Furthermore, the abundance of zoea was related to rotifers, nauplii and artemia, and was mainly affected by rotifers and artemia. RDA analysis showed that the zoea of mud crab which was positively related to phytoplankton was the species in diatom group;whereas negatively related was the species in dinoflagellate group.
