摘  要:中国经济正呈现出经济增速换挡、结构调整阵痛、前期刺激政策消化"三期叠加"的经济发展新常态,企业的高管团队(TMT)如何应对内外部复杂环境的变化和挑战,有效规避风险做出正确战略决策,将成为学界关注的重点话题。基于此,在对相关文献梳理的基础之上,以进入新常态的中国经济为背景,以"三位二维一体"的TMT团队互动为切入点,以TMT运作过程-战略决策绩效为主线,基于团队生命周期理论、系统科学的观点,构建TMT运作过程对战略决策绩效的影响机理模型。以期拓展TMT和战略决策的研究空间,使其更有效地指导企业实践。China’s economy is showing the new normal of"three period superposition"which economic growth shifts,structural adjustment pains and pre-stimulus policy digests.Corporate top management team(TMT)how to deal with the internal and external environmental changes and challenges,avoid risks and make correct strategic decision will become the topics in academia.Based on these,this paper sorts out and summarizes relevant literatures,regards the new normal economy as background,TMT team processes of"three,two dimensions one integration"as the entry point,TMT team operational processes-strategic decision making performance as the main line,and then builds the influence mechanism model of TMT team processes on strategic decision performance based on the ideas of team life cycle theory and system science.So as to expand the research space of TMT and strategic decision and make it more effectively guide the practice of enterprises.
