摘 要:目的:研究黄芩中药外观性状与内在成分的相关性。方法:饮片的质量取决于传统的经验,如外观,颜色,质地,大小和气味,再通过高效液相色谱法测定饮片中黄芩苷的含量判定饮片质量,比较2种方法:常规经验鉴定的判断结果和HPLC测定结果的一致性。结果:常规经验鉴定的判断和HPLC测定结果相同。结论:利用传统经验,识别中药黄芩质量的方法既方便又可靠。Objective: To study the relationship of external properties and internal components of Radix Scutellariae. Methods: The quality of decoction pieces was determined by traditional experience though the appearance,color,texture,size,smell and so on.Then the content of baicalin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),which also determined the quality of decoction pieces.The 2 methods were compared to find the consistency of results from traditional experience identification and HLPC. Results: There was conformance in the metheds of both traditional experience identification and HPLC. Conclusion: Traditional experience identification is convenient and reliable for determination of the quality of Radix Scutellariae.
