摘　　要：彩陶的颜料成分与呈色机理、工艺过程是史前彩陶研究的热点问题,也是史前文化研究的基础问题。使用便携式XRD和XRF,对河南淅川沟湾遗址出土的黑彩彩陶、周边土样进行检测,结果显示陶胎基本和老灌河两岸的台地所采集的黄灰色黏土土样成分基本一致,而制作黑彩的锰、铁矿石等颜料也在遗址附近分布。就近的原料来源、遗址内发现的颜料、研磨颜料的石器(石斧)、陶窑、彩陶等证据构成了遗址内完整的史前彩陶生产工艺链条。这个工艺链条可能说明汉水中游地区史前彩陶文化的传播为工艺、技术等文化模式而非实物交换模式,为重新认识史前彩陶文化传播方式提供了新的视角。The pigment composition and coloring mechanism of pottery are the hot issues of prehistoricpottery research. In Gouwan site of Xichuan country black-colored pottery were unearthed. Portable XRD andXRF’s test result shows the black-colored pottery’s provinance unearthed the Gouwan site may be from theyellow-gray clay soil samples of Laoguanhe river unearthed black colorful pottery,and Black color ofmanganese, iron ore and other pigments are also distributed around the site.there are the near raw materialsof pottery, the pigments found in the site,the stone tools(stone ax) for grounding pigments, pottery kilns,painted pottery and other evidence, which form the complete pottery production’s chain operation. The studyprovides a new perspective for understanding the mode of cultural transmission of prehistoric pottery which isa mode of cultural exchange such as technology rather than trade in the middle reaches of the Han River.
