摘 要:分析斜轧穿孔机顶头设计的步骤,利用Lazarus开发斜轧穿孔机顶头设计软件。介绍该穿孔机顶头设计软件的算法原理和功能。利用该穿孔机顶头设计软件可以快速设计顶头、绘制顶头外形轮廓和金属轮廓,具有方便快捷、通用性强、精度高的特点,可针对不同的顶头类型和现场工况条件进行计算;还可以将顶头设计参数与现场生产和质量情况存储到数据库内,作为新顶头设计的依据。A design software for rotary piercing mill plug is developed by analyzing the steps for designing the piercing mill plug and by adopting Lazarus software. The algorithm principle and the functions of the plug design software are introduced. This plug design software can quickly design a plug as well as draw the plug contour and the metal contour. It has characteristics such as convenience, universality and high precision and is able to do the calculation according to different plug types and working conditions. It can also store the plug design parameters as well as the production and quality data in the database, which can be used later as the basis of a new plug design.
