摘 要:由于某公司铣边机左右切削刀盘位置是左右油缸单独驱动,当成型段更换产品规格,横焊缝经过铣边机时,整条焊管线就需要停机,再调整带钢铣后宽度参数,这就产生了较多降级管。分析认为:在保持原有机械设备不变的情况下,改进铣边机铣后宽度调整控制方式,实现了横焊缝经过铣边机时左右切削刀盘位置动态调整的功能,有效提高了HFW焊管的收得率。In regard of an edge milling machine of a certain company, since the left cutting tools and the right cutting tools are separately driven by a left oil cylinder and a right oil cylinder, the whole welding line needs to be shut down and the strip steel width after milling needs to be adjusted during size changing at the forming section and when transversal weld passing the milling machine, which results in more degraded tubes. The analysis indicates that, without changing the existing mechanical equipment, by improving the adjustment control method for strip steel width after milling, the function of dynamic adjustment of left and right cutting tool positions is realized when a transversal weld is passing the milling machine, which effectively increases the yield of HFW welding pipes.
