摘　　要：随着我国“走出去”战略的深入推进,我国第三产业对外直接投资规模和地区分布范围持续增长,使我国成为世界经济发展中不可或缺的重要力量。然而在投资过程中,我们面临着政治风险、信用风险、文化差异风险和法律风险。由于国外情况的复杂性,风险的产生往往是我们无法防范和控制的,因此我们应该通过调节我们自身,从国家、企业和人才层面入手来预防和应对这些风险。最后从国家宏观、地方中观和企业微观层面给出了相关的政策性建议和启示。With the deepening of China's "going global" strategy, the scale and regional distribution of China's outward direct investment from the tertiary industry continue to grow, making China an indispensable and important force in the development of the world economy. However, in the process of the investment, China is faced with political risk, credit risk, cultural difference risk and legal risk. Because of the complexity of the foreign situation, these risks can not always be prevented and controlled, so we should adjust ourselves to prevent and deal with these risks from the national, enterprise and talent level. Finally, the relevant policy recommendations and enlightenment are given from the national, local and enterprise level.
