远端加压锁定钢板切开复位内固定治疗成人新鲜孟氏骨折的安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨远端加压锁定钢板切开复位内固定治疗成人新鲜孟氏骨折的安全性.方法 2014年5月至2017年5月成人新鲜孟氏骨折患者34例,应用远端加压锁定钢板切开复位内固定治疗,观察患者手术情况、术后恢复情况及并发症发生率.结果 34例患者术后随访5~17个月,患者术后优良率为88.24%;手术时间80~100min,平均(87.31±9.75)min;术中出血量140~180ml,平均(152.64±19.48) ml;骨折愈合时间6~10周,平均(7.48±1.35)周;前臂旋转度数为135°~150°,平均(139.28±16.15)°;屈肘度数95°~120°,平均(109.17±14.92)°;并发症发生率为11.76%.结论远端加压锁定钢板切开复位内固定治疗成人新鲜孟氏骨折效果良好,可提高桡骨稳定性,术后并发症发生率低,安全性高.Objective To explore the safety of open reduction and internal fixation with distal compression locking plate in the treatment of fresh Monteggia fractures in adults. Methods A retrospective analysis of 34 cases of adult fresh Monteggia fractures treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2017.Patients were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with distal compression locking plate,the operative conditions, postoperative recovery and incidence of complications were observed. Results 34 patients were followed up for 5~17 months,and the excellent and good rate was 88.24%;the operation time was 80~ 100(87.31±9.75)min,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was 140~180ml,average (152.64±19.48)ml,the fracture healing time was 6~10 weeks,average(7.48±1.35)weeks,the degree of forearm rotation was 135°~150°, average(139.28±16.15)°,and the degree of elbow flexion was 95°~120°,average(109.17±14.92)° the incidence of complications was 11.76%. Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation with distal compression locking plate in the treatment of fresh Monteggia fracture in adults can improve the stability of the radius,low incidence of postoperative complications,and have high safety.
