摘 要:提出了一种用于某飞行器刹车液压伺服控制系统中的插装式二维电液压力伺服阀。其中电液伺服驱动模块由双余度力矩马达和二维活塞伺服机构组成,结构上双余度力矩马达与二维活塞伺服机构以及压力阀为同轴,实现了整个阀的插装集成。LVDT用于检测二维活塞的轴向位移,并与整个系统实现位置闭环控制。为对插装式二维电液压力伺服阀的静动态特性进行实验研究,设计出样阀,搭建其实验平台。实验结果表明:在系统压力18 MPa下,其滞环小于2.5%,压力跟随特性良好;由幅频特性可知,其幅频宽(-3 dB)超过40 Hz;由相频特性可知,其相频宽(-90°)超过40 Hz。相较于传统的航空上所用的压力伺服阀,该阀抗污染能力高,功率-质量比优势明显。In this paper,a cartridge airborne 2D electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve which is utilized in hydraulic servo control system for aircraft brake is presented. The electro-hydraulic servo driving module consists of a dual redundancy torque motor and a two dimensional piston servo mechanism. The dual redundancy torque motor is coaxial with the two dimensional piston servo mechanism so that the cartridge integration of whole valve is realized. LVDT is used to detect the linear motion of two dimensional piston to realize position closed-loop control. For the experimental research of the static and dynamic characteristics of cartridge two-dimensional electro-hydraulic servo valve,an experimental prototype and the corresponding experimental platform are built. The experimental results show that the hysteresis is less than 2. 5% under the system pressure of 18MPa;the amplitude frequency bandwidth (-3dB) is greater than 40Hz and the phase frequency bandwidth (-90 degrees) is greater than 40Hz;Compared with the traditional pressure servo valve in aerospace,this valve has great advantages in anti-pollution ability and power quality.
