摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜术后GnRH-a治疗对EMT合并不孕患者妊娠结局的影响。方法选取50例拟行腹腔镜手术治疗的EMT伴不孕的患者,随机等分为观察组与对照组,对照组仅予以腹腔镜术治疗,观察组在腹腔镜术后予以GnRH-a治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组良好结局发生率高于对照组,不良结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的婚姻质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜术后GnRH-a治疗能够改善EMT合并不孕患者的妊娠结局,提高其婚姻质量,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of GnRH-a after laparoscopic surgery on the pregnancy outcome of EMT patients with infertility.Methods 50 cases of EMT with infertility treated by laparoscopy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with laparoscopy only.The observation group was treated with GnRH-a after the laparoscopy,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The pregnancy rate and natural delivery rate in the observation group were more than those of the control group. The abortion rate, the rate of ectopic pregnancy, the rate of premature delivery and the cesarean section rate were less than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the score of marital quality in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion GnRH-a treatment after laparoscopic surgery can improve the pregnancy outcome of EMT patients with infertility and improve their marital quality,which is worthy of promotion.
