温针灸激发循经感传现象为主要手段治疗腰间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨温针灸激发循经感传现象为主要手段治疗腰间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选择2017年10月~2018年10月我院收治的60例腰间盘突出症患者为研究对象,均分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采取针刺治疗,观察组采取温针灸治疗。对两组患者症状积分、NRS评分、JOA评分、治疗有效率和总传感率进行比较。结果观察组治疗后症状积分、NRS评分、JOA评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.582,P=0.000;t=17.202,P=0.000;t=6.844,P=0.000);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.450,P=0.019);观察组总传感率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.670,P=0.009)。结论以温针灸激发循经感传现象为主要手段治疗腰间盘突出症的效果较好,明显提高传感率,值得在临床中应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture and moxibustion as the main means to treat lumbar disc herniation.Methods 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture.Symptom scores,NRS scores,JOA scores,treatment effectiveness,and total sensory rates were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom score,NRS score and JOA score of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=11.582,P=0.000;t=17.202,P=0.000;t=6.844,P=0.000).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.450,P=0.019).The total sensory rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.670,P=0.009).Conclusion It was better to treat lumbar disc herniation with warm acupuncture and moxibustion as the main means to treat lumbar disc herniation,and obviously improve the sensory rate,which is worthy of application in clinic.
