摘　　要：在总结河南各地开展土地托管典型经验做法基础上,阐述了开展农村土地托管的重要意义,论述了开展农村土地托管在推进河南农业现代化方面的主要优势,分析了当前农村土地托管面临的主要问题,提出了相应对策建议,为河南现代农业发展提供了思路和参考。Based on a comprehensive summary of typical experiences and practices of land trusteeship in various parts of Henan, this paper systematically expounds the important significance of carrying out rural land trusteeship, discusses the main advantages of carrying out rural land trusteeship in promoting agricultural modernization in Henan, analyzes the main problems currently faced by rural land trusteeship, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,which provide ideas and references for the development of modern agriculture in Henan.
