摘  要:根据北方某市用水器具市场的调研情况选取了10种淋浴器,利用开发的新型测试装置对淋浴器节水性能进行测试,并研究了淋浴器在不同管网压力下的出流量。结果表明:10个淋浴器中只有3个满足节水型器具规范要求,其中单功能淋浴器4^#喷头的压力波动对出流量影响较小、6^#喷头的压力波动对出流量影响较大,多功能淋浴器中1^#淋浴器的最佳使用压力为0. 10~0. 12 MPa;对于单功能淋浴器和多功能淋浴器,当管网压力分别大于0. 10、0. 15 MPa时不满足节水型器具要求,且出水压力过大会造成水资源的浪费,应设置减压装置。在实际工程中选择淋浴器需考虑淋浴器自身出水孔数量、有效出水面积与出水孔直径等参数。Using a new testing device,ten types of shower were selected to examine the watersaving performance and outflow rate at various pressures of the pipe network. The results showed that only three showers met the water-saving standards. Shower 4^# was less sensitive to water pressure,but shower 6^# was more sensitive. The optimal pressure for shower 1^# was 0. 10-0. 12 MPa. In addition,when the pressure for monofunctional and multifunctional shower were greater than 0. 10 MPa and 0. 15 MPa,respectively,the showers couldn ’t meet the standards of water-saving appliance. Excessive pressure resulted in waste of water,so pressure-relief devices were needed for the aforementioned showers. The number of outlet holes,the effective flow area,and the diameter of osculum should be considered in practical engineering.
