摘 要:为准确评估变压器油纸绝缘系统的老化情况,通过FDS方法试验分析了热老化对其的影响。首先在实验室内制备老化试品并搭建FDS测试平台,然后通过FDS仪对制备好的老化试品在恒定温度下进行测试,最终得到试品复电容实部C′、复电容虚部C′′和介质损耗因数tanδ的FDS。试验研究表明:随着热老化时间的增长,试品的C′、C″和tanδ在全频域10-4~103Hz内也逐渐增大,但相较于高频段和中频段,低频段内的C′、C″和tanδ增大趋势更为明显,最终为准确检测变压器的老化状态提供了坚实的理论依据。In order to accurately evaluate the aging of oil-paper insulation system of transformer,the influence of thermal aging on it was analyzed by FDS method.Firstly,the aging samples were prepared in the laboratory and the FDS test platform was built.Then the aging samples were tested at constant temperature by FDS instrument.Finally,the FDS of real part C′,imaginary part C″,and dielectric loss factor tanδ of the samples were obtained.The experimental results show that the C′,C″ and tanδ increase with the increase of thermal aging time in the full frequency range of 10-4~103Hz,but the increasing trend of C′,C′,and tanδ in the low frequency band is more obvious than that in the high frequency band and the middle frequency band,which provides a solid theory for accurately detecting the aging state of the transformer.
