摘　　要：目的 探讨封闭式负压吸引技术在烧伤及感染创面中的应用效果。方法 以2017年5月至2018年7月在我院接受烧伤科接受治疗的62例烧伤及创面感染患者为主要对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。两组患者均给予游离皮片移植治疗,对照组常规清创换药治疗,观察组使用封闭式负压吸引技术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 对照组治疗有效率显著低于观察组,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组的皮片成活率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率较对照组明显偏低,且住院时间对比,观察组患者的优势更为突出,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 封闭式负压吸引技术在烧伤及感染创面的应用中有非常好的效果,可以提高总有效率,降低创面感染率,缩短住院时间,可进一步推广和应用。Objective To explore the application effect of closed negative pressure suction in burn and infected wounds.Methods From May 2017 to July 2018,62 patients with burns and wound infections who were treated in the burn department in our hospital were the main subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with free skin grafting.The control group was treated with conventional debridement and dressing change.The patients in the observation group were treated with closed vacuum suction technique to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results From the treatment efficiency,the treatment efficiency of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Closed vacuum suction technique has a very good effect in the application of burns and infected wounds,can improve the total effective rate,reduce the rate of wound infection,shorten the hospital stay,can be further promoted and applied.
