摘 要:为了设计出满足FSC赛车规则并具有更高稳定性的发动机进气系统,研究了赛车发动机进气系统的国内外研究现状,并基于WorkbenchFluent对进气系统重要结构参数进行了优化设计计算,获得理想的优化结果。以SiemensNX为平台,建立了赛车进气系统的三维模型。以进气稳压腔为例,分析了稳压腔模具的数控加工工艺,进而完成其数控加工刀路编制和切削仿真,最后将生成的数控加工程序传入加工中心完成实物加工,加工出的稳压腔模具尺寸精确,表面质量好。为进气系统的设计和制造提供了理论和加工依据。In order to design an engine intake system that meets the FSC racing rules and has higher stability,research status of engine intake system of racing engine at home and abroad is studied.Based on the Workbench fluent,important structural parameters of the intake system are optimized and calculated,and the ideal optimization results are obtained.Taking the Siemens NX as the platform,we establish a three-dimensional model of the intake system of racing car.Taking a pressure stabilizing cavity as an example,we analyze numerical control machining process of pressure stabilizing cavity mold,and NC machining path preparation and cutting simulation are completed.Finally,the machining center completes physical processing.The processed pressure stabilizing cavity mold has accurate dimensions and good surface quality,which provides theoretical and manufacturing basis for design and manufacture of air intake system.
