摘 要:盾构机刀盘驱动系统的核心是液压系统。针对盾构施工中不同区域的地层差异性,为使盾构刀盘液压驱动系统节能减耗,采用负载敏感泵作为主驱动液压系统的动力源,利用AMESim软件搭建系统模型,并通过某型盾构机在软土和砂土两种不同地层下负载随机变化的情况,分别模拟系统全功率运行、80%功率运行和60%功率运行下,系统效率及能耗的变化情况。结论证明,软土地层为提高系统效率,减小能耗,宜在全功率模式下运行,而砂土地层宜在60%功率模式下运行。The core of the cutter drive system of shield tunneling machine is hydraulic system.For shield construction in different regions of the formation of the differences,to make the shield cutter head hydraulic drive system,energy conservation and consumption reduction,the load sensitive pump as the main drive the power source of the hydraulic system,to establish system model by using AMESim software,and through a certain type of shield machine in the soft soil and sandy soil load random change under two different formation conditions,full power simulation system,respectively,80% power and 60% power,the changes of the system efficiency and energy consumption.The conclusion proves that soft soil layer should be operated in full power mode to improve system efficiency and reduce energy consumption,while sand layer should be operated in 60% power mode.
