摘 要:为了分析活门组件卡滞故障的主要原因,首先,基于非线性接触理论,采用ANSYS Workbench软件对活门组件在多载荷耦合作用下的变形情况进行仿真分析,仿真结果正确复现了活门卡滞现象,证明了仿真分析方法的正确性。其次,通过对故障现象进行机理分析建立活门组件卡滞、磨损故障树,对故障树中底事件进行建模仿真分析,最终将导致活门组件卡滞、磨损现象发生原因归结为活门组件配合段过长及活门组件间间隙设计过小两个主要因素。最后,将活门组件间间隙作为优化参数进行参数优化分析,最终确定最优间隙值。优化后活门组件在同种工况及边界条件下没有出现卡滞现象,说明结构优化方向及措施合理有效,其为后续活门组件间隙设计及产品排故提供了一定的参考。In order to analyze the reasons leading to valve clamping stagnation,First,based on nonlinear contact theory,by means of ANSYS Workbench software,simulates valve′s deformation based upon lots of loads,the result recurrent the valve clamping stagnation,verify the method is correct simultaneously.Secondly,set up fault tree of valve clamping stagnation by the way of mechanism analysis,simulate the bottom of fault tree,the reason of valve clamping stagnation come down to two reasons consist of the too long of cooperation and the small clearance.Finally,carry about optimal analysis by way of clearance optimal parameter,ascertain the optimal clearance in the end.At the same working condition and boundary condition,the valve component don't turn up stagnation,this testify the optimal structure's direction and measure are correct.This offer the reference for valve component's clearance design and product exclusion fault.
