摘  要:以‘兰箭1号’‘兰箭2号’‘兰箭3号’‘青箭’‘贵苕’‘连苕’和‘镇江野豌豆’7个品种为试验材料,比较不同箭筈豌豆品种的生育期和鲜草产量,并利用微卫星标记鉴定这7个品种的遗传多样性以及亲缘关系.结果表明:除‘青箭’外,其他6个箭筈豌豆品种的生育期为175 d左右,主要差异在现蕾期和盛花期.从鲜草产量来看,‘兰箭1号’‘兰箭2号’‘兰箭3号’‘青箭’‘贵苕’均超过250 t/hm2.‘兰箭3号’具有较高的遗传多样性,且与‘兰箭1号’‘兰箭2号’‘贵苕’聚为一类.综上,‘兰箭3号’具有合适的生育期、较高的产量和遗传多样性,可作为本地区冬季休耕绿肥生产的理想品种.Seven varieties of ‘ Lanjian No. 1’,‘ Lanjian No. 2’,‘ Lanjian No. 3’,‘ Qingjian’,‘ Guishao’,‘ Lianshao’ and ‘ Zhenjiang wild pea’ were used as test materials to compare the growth period and fresh grass yield of different varieties of Vicia sativa L., and the genetic diversity and genetic relationship of these 7 varieties were identified by microsatellite markers. The results showed that the growth period of the other 6 Vicia sativa L. varieties was about 175 days, except for ‘ Qingjian’. The main difference was in budding stage and blooming stage. In terms of fresh grass yield,‘ Lanjian No. 1’,‘ Lanjian No. 2’,‘ Lanjian No. 3’,‘ Qingjian’ and ‘ Guishao’ all exceeded 250 t?hm 2 .‘ Lanjian No. 3’ had high genetic diversity, and was clustered with ‘ Lanjian No. 1’,‘ Lanjian No. 2’ and ‘ Guishao’. In summary,‘ Lanjian No. 3’ has a suitable growth period, high yield and genetic diversity, and can be used as an ideal variety for winter fallow and green manure production in this region.
