摘 要:为实现鞍千极贫赤铁矿石的开发利用,对该铁矿石进行了粗粒湿式强磁预选试验研究,考察了磁场强度、立环转速、脉冲冲次等主要影响因素对预选指标的影响。结果表明,在给料TFe品位21.36%、细度-3 mm、磁场强度1.0 T、立环转速2.0 r/min及脉冲冲次200次/min的优化条件下,可得到预选精矿TFe品位34.18%、铁回收率89.20%、抛尾率43.28%、尾矿TFe品位5.33%的优异技术指标,为我国大量极贫赤铁矿石的高效预选提供了借鉴。Wet high-intensity magnetic preconcentration was introduced to treat coarse fraction of an ultra-lean hematite ore from Anqian Mine to actualize its utilization. The influences of magnetic field strength, vertical-ring rotating speed and pulsating frequency on processing index were investigated. The results showed that, adopting the optimized parameters such as magnetic field strength of 1.0 T, vertical-ring rotating speed of 2.0 r/min and pulsating frequency of 200 times/min, the concentrate assaying TFe grade of 34.18% with recovery of 89.20% was obtained from the preconcentration of the raw ore with feed TFe grade of 21.36% and feed size of-3 mm. By applying this procedure, the tailings with low TFe grade of 5.33% and high yield of 43.28% were discarded. This research provides a reference for efficient preconcentration of a good number of lean hematite mines in China.
