摘 要:对内蒙古某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿石进行了浮选试验研究。采用"铜铅混合浮选-铜铅分离-尾矿再选锌"的工艺流程,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占80%条件下,优化药剂制度,获得了铜精矿铜品位20.14%、铜回收率40.27%,铅精矿铅品位62.46%、铅回收率93.56%,锌精矿锌品位48.84%、锌回收率89.27%的选别指标,银总回收率达到了88.01%。Flotation tests were conducted to dress a Cu-Pb-Zn polymetallic sulfide ore from Inner Mongolia by using a flowsheet consisting of Cu-Pb bulk flotation, Cu/Pb separation and Zn flotation from tailings. As a result, the test with an optimal reagent system and with a grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 80% produced a copper concentrate approaching 20.14% Cu grade at 40.27% recovery, a lead concentrate at 62.46% Pb grade at 93.56% recovery and a zinc concentrate at 48.84% Zn grade at 89.27% recovery, with the total silver recovery attaining 88.01%.
