摘 要:通过工艺更新、设备升级,开发了一种新型过滤洗涤一体技术,现场取代两段或多段联合洗涤脱水工艺及设施,实现了锰渣脱水、洗涤、过滤无短路一体化。结果表明,采用新型过滤洗涤一体技术,不仅大幅缩短工艺流程,还可减少锰渣中有害物质对环境的污染,提升有价资源的回收率,为企业创造价值。A new integrated technique of filtration and washing was developed by upgrading previous technique and facilities. The on-site two-stage or multi-stage washing-dewatering processing facilities were reconstructed for adopting this approach, so as to realize the integration of dehydration, washing and filtration of electrolytic manganese residue(EMR). It is found that this technique can not only shorten the flowsheet, reduce the pollution of harmful substances in EMR, but also increase the recovery of valuable resources, thus bringing more profits to the enterprise.
