摘  要:采用稀硫酸清洗和分段还原浸出相结合的全湿法工艺对锌电解阳极泥中有价金属元素进行综合回收处理,考察了反应时间、反应温度、硫酸加入量和葡萄糖加入量等工艺参数对阳极泥中锰的浸出效果。实验结果表明:通过稀硫酸清洗,锌电解阳极泥中锌脱除率达98.41%;在液固质量比4∶1、反应温度120℃、反应时间60 min、硫酸加入量1.4 g/g_渣、葡萄糖加入量0.17 g/g_渣的条件下,锰浸出率达97.87%;得到的残渣为富银硫酸铅渣,渣中铅含量61.45%,银含量2 224.63 g/t,实现了锰和铅、银的分离,获得硫酸锰溶液和富银硫酸铅渣。A wet process consisting of dilute sulfuric acid cleaning and staged reduction leaching was adopted for comprehensive recovery of valuable metallic elements in anode slime from zinc electrolysis. The influences of reaction time, reaction temperature, addition amounts of sulfuric acid and glucose on manganese leaching from anode slime were all investigated. The experimental results showed that the anode slime was firstly cleaned with dilute sulfuric acid, resulting in the zinc removal rate of 98.41%. Then with mass ratio of liquid to solid of 4∶1, reaction temperature of 120 ℃, reaction time of 60 min, addition of sulfuric acid at an amount of 1.4 g/g of residue and glucose dosage at an amount of 0.17 g/g of residue, manganese leaching rate attained 97.87%. The residue obtained was the silver-rich lead sulfate residue with lead content of 61.45% and silver content of 2 224.63 g/t, indicating manganese was separated from lead and silver, and manganese sulfate solution and silver-rich lead sulfate slag were finally obtained.
