摘 要:某油气处理站硫黄回收装置采用LO-CAT工艺,利用Fe3+将化合态的硫(H2S)转化为单质硫。装置运行后,酸气实际处理量仅为设计处理量的20%左右,但实际药剂消耗量却占设计药剂消耗量的60%左右,每年导致400万元药剂被严重浪费。为了解决硫黄回收在低负荷状态下的高药剂消耗问题,通过对LO-CAT工艺的原理研究、化学反应方程式推导及其他单位类似装置运行经验的学习,发现硫黄回收塔在负荷率较低时药剂消耗量较高的原因是循环结构与鼓风量存在较大问题。因此通过检修对硫黄回收内部循环方式开展改造,同时优化参数实施精细控制,最终实现节能降耗。LO-CAT process was used in sulfur recovery unit of an oil and gas treatment station to convert the combined sulfur(H 2S) into elemental sulfur by using Fe 3+. After operation, the actual acid gas treatment capacity is only about 20 % of the design capacity, but the actual chemical consumption accounts for about 60 % of the design chemical consumption, resulting in a serious waste of 4 million yuan of chemicals each year. In order to solve the problem of high reagent consumption in sulfur recovery under low load condition, through the study on the principle of LO-CAT process, the derivation of chemical reaction equation and the operation experience of other similar units, it is found that the reason for the above issue lies in the circulation structure and blast. There are big problems in quantity. Therefore, the internal recycling mode of sulfur recovery is reformed through overhaul, and fine control of parameters is carried out to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction.
