摘　　要：分析了传统电网在大时代环境下的劣势,立足于安全、便捷、高效的现代化思想,在移动应用技术、对象组件技术等的支持下,构建了一个全过程技术监督的移动运检平台管理新模式,并描述了各功能模块。This paper briefly analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional power grid in the environment of the big era. Based on the safe, convenient and efficient modernization ideas, with the support of mobile application technology and component object technology, a new management mode of mobile operation and inspection platform based on whole process technical supervision is constructed, and each function module is described in detail.
