摘　　要：为使流域内的水资源得到优化配置和可持续利用,保障建设项目的合理用水要求,根据中华人民共和国水利部和原国家发展计划委员会制定的15号令《建设项目水资源论证管理办法》的有关规定,对项目进行水资源论证工作,论证双峰矿业采选建设项目取水的可行性与可靠性。In order to optimize the allocation and sustainable utilization of water resources in the basin, and to ensure the rational use of water for construction projects, according to the relevant provisions of decree No. 15 "Measures for the Demonstration and Management of Water Resources for Construction Projects" formulated by the Ministry of Water Resources of the people's Republic of China and the former State Development Planning Commission, carries out the demonstration of water resources for the project, Demonstration of the Feasibility and Reliability of Water Intake for Mining and Separation Construction Project in Shuangfeng Mining Industry.
