摘　　要：水利工程与社会和经济的发展之间有着密切的联系,所以政府部门对水利工程的发展非常重视,大力兴修水利工程基础设施,改善生态环境,调节农业生产条件,推进区域经济的快速发展。国家对水利工程建设非常支持,每年会拨专款用于此,除了一些大、中型的水利工程外,更多的是一些小型的水利工程。由于水利工程的数量众多,若不认真管理,不定期检查养护,则极易出现问题,给人们的生命和财产带来隐患,妨碍经济发展。所以,不论水利工程的规模大小,都要谨慎管理,避免出现问题。There is a close relationship between water conservancy projects and social and economic development, so government departments attach great importance to the development of water conservancy projects, vigorously build the infrastructure of water conservancy projects, improve the ecological environment, and adjust the conditions of agricultural production, thus promoting the rapid development of regional economy. The state is very supportive of the construction of water conservancy projects, and special funds will be allocated each year for this, in addition to some large and medium-sized water conservancy projects, more of them are small water conservancy projects. Due to the large number of water conservancy projects, without careful management, irregular inspection and maintenance, it is very easy to cause problems, bring hidden dangers to people's lives and property, and hinder economic development. Therefore, regardless of the size of water conservancy projects, they should be carefully managed to avoid problems.
