摘 要:目的:在高校健身瑜伽公选课考核评价改革中构建健身瑜伽比赛现实情境,并与常规考核改革评价模式进行对比研究,为大学体育教育教学考核评价改革提供依据。对象和方法:随机选取75名被试学生,并进行为期三个阶段(8周、12周及16周)《健身瑜伽体位标准》一至四级的教学训练干预,采用T检验、一般线性模型-重复测量方差分析等统计方法来考察构建健身瑜伽比赛现实情境的考核改革评价模式是否优于常规考核改革评价模式。结果:(1)在构建健身瑜伽比赛现实情境的考核改革评价模式下,学生在规定体式和自选体式等方面都有了很大的提升;(2)在构建健身瑜伽比赛现实情境的考核改革评价模式下,体式质量和展示水平是影响学生健身瑜伽体式标准和最终成绩评定的关键因素;(3)随着实验周期的延长,学生总成绩呈现逐次线性升高的趋势。结论:构建健身瑜伽比赛现实情境的考核改革评价模式(实验组)显著优于常规考核改革评价模式(对照组),该模式提高了学生健身瑜伽整体的技术技能水平,充分激发了学生锻炼的主动性和积极性。Aim: To construct the actual situation of Fitness Yoga competition in the reform of assessment and evaluation of Fitness Yoga public elective course in colleges and universities, and to compare it with the traditional assessment and evaluation mode, so as to provide basis for the reform of assessment and evaluation of physical education teaching in colleges and universities. Objectives and methods: 75 students were randomly selected and intervened in three stages (8 weeks, 12 weeks and 16 weeks) of one to four level of teaching exercises from "Body-building Yoga Posture Standards". Statistical methods, such as T-test, general linear model-repeated measurement variance analysis, were used to examine whether the assessment reform and evaluation mode of constructing the actual situation of body-building Yoga competition was better than the conventional assessment reform and evaluation mode. Result:(1) Under the evaluation mode of constructing the actual situation of fitness yoga competition, students have greatly improved in the aspects of prescribed and optional styles;(2) Under the evaluation mode of constructing the actual situation of fitness yoga competition, the quality and display level of posture are the key factors affecting the standard of students' fitness yoga posture and the evaluation of their final performance;(3) In the evaluation mode of evaluation reform, students' fitness yoga posture quality and display level are the key factors affecting students' fitness yoga. With the prolongation of the experimental period, the students' total scores showed a trend of increasing linearly step by step. Conclusion: Constructing the evaluation mode of Fitness Yoga competition in real situation (experimental group) is significantly better than the conventional evaluation mode (control group). This mode improves the overall technical level of students' fitness yoga, and fully stimulates the initiative and enthusiasm of students' exercise.
