摘　　要：随着大众创业、万众创新战略的深入推进以及大数据、云计算、移动互联等技术的广泛应用,物流服务功能、物流服务范围与规模、物流服务效能、物流服务交付方式等发生了深刻的变革,物流产业呈现出明显的转型升级态势,新的商业模式、经营业态、资源配置方式等物流业新业态不断涌现。对2000-2019年发表的国内外相关文献进行系统收集、梳理、分类与筛选评估,选取相关样本文献进行研究发现,目前国内外关于物流业新业态研究的热点主要包括云物流、智慧物流、跨境物流、末端物流等。其中,云物流模式、物流云平台构架、智慧物流技术与设备、智慧物流整体解决方案、跨境电子商务出口物流模式、末端物流配送模式及配送网络等方面的研究已经趋于成熟;物流云服务实际运作、云仓库运营、赢利及配送模式、智慧物流技术经济效益、跨境电子商务进口物流模式、"一带一路"跨境物流沿线国家地区协作、末端配送各种模式赢利能力等方面的研究尚待加强。此外,研究还发现,物流行业的实践探索往往先行于理论研究,如云仓储、海外仓、众包物流、智能快递柜、前置仓等。因此,如何捕捉行业发展热点,进行具有前瞻性的物流业新业态研究,也是后续研究需要注意的问题。With the deepening of the strategy of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"and the extensive application of technologies such as big data,cloud computing and mobile internet,logistics service functions,logistics service scope and scale,logistics service efficiency,and logistics service delivery methods have been changed profoundly. Meanwhile,the logistics industry has shown an obvious transformation and upgrading trend. New business models,business formats and resource allocation methods have emerged. Through systematic collection,combing,and classification of relevant literatures at home and abroad between 2000 and 2019,after screening and evaluation,relevant literature samples were selected for research. The research finds that the research hotspots of the new formats of the logistics industry mainly include cloud logistics,smart logistics,cross-border logistics,and terminal logistics. Among them,the research of cloud logistics mode,logistics cloud platform,smart logistics technology and equipment,smart logistics overall solution,cross-border e-commerce export logistics mode,terminal logistics distribution mode and distribution network have become mature. However,the actual operation of logistics cloud services,the operation of cloud warehouses,the profitability of the end distribution model,the economic benefits of smart logistics technology,the cross-border e-commerce import logistics mode,the cooperation of countries and regions along the Belt and Road cross-border logistics,and the profitability of terminal distribution has yet to be further strengthened. In addition,the research also finds that the practice of the logistics industry is often preceded by theoretical research,such as cloud warehousing,overseas warehouses,crowd logistics,Unattended CDP,and pre-positions warehouses. Therefore,how to grasp the hot spots of the development of the industry and carry out the forward-looking research on the new format of the logistics industry is also a noteworthy issue for follow-up research.
