摘 要:混合冷剂换热器作为天然气液化流程中的关键设备,主要用于冷却/冷凝多级压缩介质(混合冷剂),然而由于换热过程混合冷剂部分冷凝与全部冷凝的机理尚未明晰,该产品的研发在国内尚属空白。为了研究混合冷剂换热器冷凝机理,本文提出了一种可以再现混合冷剂换热器实际工况的试验方法,并完成了试验台的设计、搭建及调试工作。采用氮气作为试验介质进行循环试验,验证了试验系统的稳定性,为混合冷剂换热器传热与流动特性的深入研究奠定了基础。The mixed refrigerant heat exchanger was the key equipment in the natural gas liquefaction plants,it was mainly used for cooling/condensing the multistage compression medium (mixed refrigerant).However,because the principles of partial condensation and total condensation of mixed refrigerant have not been yet made clear in the heat transfer process,the R & D of this heat exchanger product is still a vacancy in China. In this paper,a test method of achieving the actual working conditions of mixed refrigerant heat exchanger was presented in order to study the condensation mechanism of mixed refrigerant heat exchanger,and the design,installation and debugging work of the test rig were completed. The stability of the test system was verified by the cycle test using the nitrogen as the test medium,which lays a good foundation for the in-depth researches of heat transfer and flow characteristics of mixed refrigerant heat exchanger.
