摘  要:溢流阀是液压伺服系统中重要的压力控制元件。为了提高动态响应特性与压力控制精度,溢流阀通常采用两级先导式结构。为了提高溢流阀节流孔的抗污染能力,本文提出一种长扁节流孔的结构形式,并利用有限元分析软件对其节流特性进行了仿真分析,得到了孔特征尺寸对流量系数的影响,并为后续合理的设计节流孔提供了理论依据。The relief valve is an important pressure control component in the hydraulic servo system. In order to improve the dynamic response characteristics of the system and the pressure control precision,the relief valve usually adopts two-stage piloted structure. In order to improve the anti-pollution ability of throttle hole of a relief valve,a kind of long-flat throttle hole structure was proposed in this paper,and finite element simulation software was used to simulate and analyze its flow field characteristics. The effect of the characteristic size of throttle hole on the flow coefficient was obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent reasonable design of throttle hole.
