摘　　要：VOC是一种严重危害人体健康的有机物,溶剂型涂料普遍存在这一危害物,如何有效控制VOC含量是涂料生产中重要研究课题.为了研制低VOC含量木器漆,选用了净味环保的溶剂取代甲苯、二甲苯等传统溶剂,同时加入了甲醛添加剂等吸附甲醛材料,达到了降低涂料毒性的目的.VOC is an organic substance that seriously endangers human health.This kind of hazard is common in solvent -based coatings.How to effectively control VOC content is an important research topic in coating production.In order to develop wood lacquer with low VOC content,the solvent is environmentally friendly to replace traditional solubilizing agents such as toluene and xylene,and formaldehyde additives such as formaldehyde additives are added to reduce the toxicity of the coating.
