摘  要:在高危、变工况以及高压大流量等危险的、复杂的使用情境下,传统的手动操作减压阀因其固有的局限,越来越难以满足使用者在安全、自动化控制、高精度调节等方面不断提高的要求。本文研制了一套针对高压大流量减压器使用场合的远程自动配气系统,其具备的远程控制、闭环调节等功能弥补了传统手动减压阀的缺陷。试验数据表明,该系统不仅实现了对气体压力的远程自动控制,而且表现出精度高、响应快、人机交互良好的特点。In dangerous and complicated operating environment such as high risk, variable working condition, h迫h pressure, large flow rate and so on, traditional manual pressure reducing valves are more and more difficult to meet the increasing requirements of users for safety, automatic control and high precision regulation due to their inherent limitations. In this paper, a remote automatic valve distribution system for high pressure and large flow pressure reducing valve is developed. The test data show that the system not only realizes the remote automatic control of gas pressure, but also shows the characteristics of high precision, fast response and good human-machine interaction.
