摘 要:三元复合驱后期采出井低效无效循环严重,含水上升加快,驱油效率低,同时由于强碱体系的存在,常规化学堵水适应性差。受油层非均质性及水重力影响厚油层顶部波及效率低,剩余油相对富集。为控制强碱三元复合驱后期低效无效循环,进一步挖潜厚油层顶部剩余油潜力,开展了矿聚物反向调堵试验,在充分研究优选体系的理化性能、堵水机理、堵水优势以及区块条带分布规律的基础上,确定了反向调堵的选井选层原则,优化设计了注入方案,现场试验取得较好效果。15口试验井产液量下降了25.2%,含水下降了1.4个百分点,见剂浓度下降了45.8%,累积增油491t,降水增油效果明显。试验表明:矿聚物反向调堵体系能较好的解决强碱三元复合驱后期开发矛盾,控制低效无效循环,提高化学药剂利用率;优化选井选层,优化设计调堵用量,可有效提高矿聚物反向调堵体系的措施针对性;矿聚物反向调堵体系“堵而不死”的特性,有效保证了三元复合驱后期的采出能力。对其他区块的三元复合驱后期控制低效无效循环,进一步挖掘剩余油潜力具有一定的指导借鉴意义。In the late stage of ASP flooding , inefficient and invalid circulation appear in the production well with quick water cut increase and low displacement efficiency.Common chemical plugging is not available for the alkali system.Sweep efficiency at the top of thick oil layers is low and residual oil relatively enriches because of reservoir heterogeneity and water gravity.In order to control the inefficient and invalid circulation and further tap the potential of residual oil , a field test of reverse profile control and plugging of geopolymer is carried out.The physical and chemical properties , water-plugging mechanism and water-plugging advantages of the optimized system are analyzed thoroughly.Based on zone distribution of the blocks , the principle of well and layer selecting for reverse profile control and plugging is determined.Injection scheme is optimized and designed.The good results of the field test are achieved.Fluid production , water cut , agent concentration decreased by 25.2%, 1.4 percentage and 45.8% respectively for 15 test wells.On the other hand , the cumulative oil increased by 491t and the oil increases and water cut decreases obviously.The test shows that the geopolymer reserves profile control and plugging system is valuable for solving the difficulty , controlling inefficient and invalid circulation and improving utilization of the chemical agent during the late stage of ASP flooding.Optimized well and layer selecting and optimized plugging agent volume may improve the availability of the system under various conditions.Effective plugging of the system ensures the production capacity in the late stage of ASP flooding.It has reference to controlling inefficient and invalid circulation in the late stage of ASP flooding in other blocks and also further tapping the potential of the residual oil.
