完善山西省农业保险体系建设的思考

摘　　要：农业保险在提高山西省农村风险抵抗能力、保障农民利益、推动农业经济发展等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用,但仍处于体系建设的初级阶段,其覆盖范围、实施程度都十分受限。文章以临汾市及所辖的襄汾县、吉县为例,从农业保险体系建设现状、完善农业保险体系的机遇与阻碍、完善农业保险体系建设的思考与建议等方面,对全省农业保险体系建设进行了思考。Agricultural insurance plays an increasingly important role in improving rural risk resistance, safeguarding farmers 'interests, and promoting agricultural economic development in Shanxi Province, but it is still in the initial stage of system construction, and its coverage and implementation are very limited. Taking Xiangfen County and Jixian County of Linfen City as an example, this paper gives some thoughts on the construction of agricultural insurance system in our province from such aspects as the present situation of construction of agricultural insurance system, the opportunities and obstacles of perfecting agricultural insurance system, and the thoughts and suggestions of perfecting agricultural insurance system construction.
