摘 要:采用正交组合的方法制作了9根高强冷弯矩形钢管混凝土柱模拟在地震作用下构件的破坏模式、变形承载能力、延性与耗能性能以及刚度强度退化。实验设计变化参数有:截面长宽比、钢管宽厚比、轴压比。分析了高强冷弯钢管混凝土柱在拟静力荷载作用下的滞回曲线和骨架曲线。研究各基本参数对钢管混凝土柱抗震性能的影响。结果表明:在拟静力荷载作用下,构件的滞回曲线大部分比较饱满,呈现出梭形,显示出构件具有优良的抗震性能。长宽比在一定范围内,轴压比越大,构件承载力越好,延性越差,宽厚比的影响相对较小;对于宽厚比相同的构件,长宽比越大,承载力越大,轴压比的影响相对较小;对于轴压比相同的构件,在一定范围内,长宽比越小,承载力越大,宽厚比越小;长宽比和宽厚比对试件的屈服位移影响显著;长宽比、宽厚比和轴压比对位移延性系数没有显著影响,但各因素对位移延性系数的影响主次关系为钢管宽厚比>截面长宽比>轴压比。Nine concrete filled high strength cold formed rectangular steel tubular (CFST) columns were fabricated using the orthogonal combination method to study the failure modes, deformation load, carrying capacity, ductility, energy dissipation performance, and stiffness strength degradation of the specimens under earthquake. The experimental design parameters include aspect ratio, width to thickness ratio, and axial compression ratio. The hysteresis curves and skeleton curves of concrete filled high strength cold formed rectangular steel tubular columns under pseudo static load were analyzed. The influence of various basic parameters on the seismic performance of concrete filled high strength cold formed rectangular steel tubular columns was studied. The results show that the hysteretic curves of the specimens are mostly full and exhibit a spindle shape under pseudo static loads, indicating that the specimens have excellent seismic performance. The ratio of length to width is within a certain range, the larger the axial compression ratio is, the better the bearing capacity of the components. Meanwhile, the lower the ductility is, the smaller the effect of the ratio of width to thickness is.For components with same width thickness ratio, the greater the ratio of length to width is, the greater the bearing capacity is, and the smaller the influence of the axial pressure ratio is. For a component with same axial pressure ratio, the ratio of length to width is smaller while the bearing capacity is greater, and the ratio of width to thickness is smaller;The length width ratio and width thickness ratio have a significant effect on the yield displacement of the specimen;the length width ratio, width thickness ratio and axial compression ratio have no significant effect on the displacement ductility coefficient, but the influence of various factors on the displacement ductility coefficient is the width thickness ratio of steel pipe> length width ratio > axial pressure ratio.
