摘  要:为研究波形钢腹板组合梁受弯破坏过程中弹性阶段体外预应力增量的影响因素和计算方法,开展了体外预应力波形钢腹板组合梁的抗弯承载力试验,结合波形钢腹板组合梁的刚度特征,考虑“剪切变形”和“二次效应”的影响,推导了弹性阶段适用于波形钢腹板组合梁在两点对称荷载作用下的体外预应力筋应力增量的计算公式,研究了各参数对体外预应力筋应力增量的影响规律。研究表明:公式计算结果与试验结果吻合较好;在弹性阶段,“二次效应”对体外预应力筋应力增量的影响为0.2%,可以忽略不计;体外预应力筋应力增量随混凝土弹性模量的增加而线性减小,随梁高的增加而线性增加;波形钢腹板厚度与梁高的比值对体外预应力筋应力增量的影响可以忽略。To study the influencing factors and calculating methods of the elastic stage ultimate stress increment of prestressed tendons in corrugated steel web composite beam under bending failure process, the flexural tests of external prestressed corrugated steel web composite beams were carried out, which considering the stiffness characteristics and the influence of shear deformation and “second-order effect”.The formula for calculating the stress increment of external prestressed tendons in corrugated steel web composite beam under the two-point symmetric load is derived.The research shows that the calculating results are in good agreement with the experimental results.The effect of “second-order effect” on external prestressing increment of the elastic stage is 0.2 %, which could be ignored.The stress increment of prestressed tendons decreases linearly with the increase of elasticity modulus of concrete, while increases with the height of beam.The ratio of the corrugated steel webs thickness to the height of beams has negligible effect on the stress increment of prestressed tendons.
