摘 要:为进行压浆处治后水泥混凝土面板力学响应分析,使用三维有限元软件建立板底压浆处治模型,根据数据绘制应力和挠度与其相关影响因素的变化关系图,系统分析了压浆尺寸、压浆厚度和压浆模量三个压浆参数,以及面层厚度、基层厚度、基层模量和荷载大小四个结构参数对压浆处治路面板力学行为的影响。结果表明:当压浆厚度和压浆尺寸较小时,对水泥混凝土面板力学行为影响较大且占主导地位的是压浆尺寸;当荷载从100kN增加到180kN时,水泥混凝土路面板的应力增幅在80%以上,说明荷载大小的变化对水泥混凝土路面板影响显著;在压浆处治过程中,当压浆模量大于基层模量时,其处治效果较好,但当压浆模量逐渐达到1000MPa,压浆处治效果作用缓慢,材料性能得不到充分利用。In order to analyze the mechanics response of cement panel after grouting treatment, the three-dimensional finite element software is used to establish the model of the bottom grouting. According to the data, this paper plots the relationship between stress and deflection and its related influencing factors, the grouting size, grouting thickness and grouting modulus, as well as the influence of four structure parameters including grouting thickness, base thickness, base modulus and load size on mechanical behavior of grouted road paving slab.When the grouting thickness and the grouting size are small, the influence of the grouting size on the cement grouting dominates. When the load increases from 100 kN to 180 kN, the stress of the cement pavement panel increases by more than 80 %, indicating that the change of the load is more obvious on the cement pavement panel.During the grouting process, the grouting modulus is greater than the base modulus, the treatment effect is better.However, when the modulus of the slurry gradually reaches 1 000 MPa, the effect of the treatment of the slurry is slow, and the material properties are not fully utilized.
