摘 要:通过分子结构设计,模仿邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的化学结构,采用低相对分子质量的环氧脂肪酸甲酯改性氯化石蜡,通过化学键将其引入氯化石蜡,以达到提高氯化石蜡与PVC相容性、增加氯化石蜡增塑效果和增塑效率的目的。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)等方法对产物进行表征。FT-IR结果表明,氯化石蜡分子中成功引入环氧脂肪酸甲酯基团;DSC结果表明,与传统氯化石蜡增塑剂相比,改性氯化石蜡增塑PVC材料的玻璃化转变温度下降10.4℃;增塑效率分析结果表明,改性氯化石蜡较改性前提高38%;极限氧指数(LOI)结果表明,改性氯化石蜡增塑PVC材料的阻燃性较传统酯类增塑剂增塑PVC材料提高25%。The chlorinated paraffin was modified by epoxy fatty acid methyl ester with low molecular weight and grafted into chlorinated paraffin by chemical bonds to improve the compatibility with PVC*which can increase the plasticizing effect and plasticizing efficiency of chlorinated paraffin.The products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).FT-IR results show that the epoxy fatty acid methyl ester groups are successfully introduced into the chlorinated paraffin molecules.DSC results show that the glass transition temperature of PVC plasticized with the modified chlorinated paraffin is decreased by 10.4℃compared with the traditional chlorinated paraffin plasticizer;the plasticizing efficiency analysis shows that the plasticizing efficiency of the modified chlorinated paraffin is increased by 38%compared with that of the unmodified one;the limit oxygen index(LOI)results show that the flame retardancy of the PVC material plasticized with the modified chlorinated paraffin is increased by 25%compared with of the traditional ester plasticizer plasticizer.
