摘 要:将一定量的壳聚糖与聚乙烯醇水溶液混合,以甲醛为交联剂,表面活性剂致孔制备了具有较大孔径的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛-壳聚糖泡沫(PVF-Cs),并用红外光谱、扫描电镜对泡沫的结构进行了表征,其孔径范围70~180μm。壳聚糖的引入使得泡沫材料含有一定量的氨基,可以用作吸附剂来去除水溶液中的重金属离子如Cu^2+、Pb^2+等。研究发现,在pH=5,温度为30℃时,泡沫可以在20min内即达到吸附平衡,且发现吸附动力学与二阶动力学模型的机理更为吻合。PVF-Cs对Cu^2+、Pb^2+的饱和吸附更符合Langmui模型,且根据Langmui模型,PVF-Cs泡沫对Pb^2+和Cu^2+的最大吸附容量分别为340.28mg/g和96.57mg/g。而且PVF-Cs泡沫可以重复使用,经过5次循环后,泡沫仍表现出良好的吸附性能。The macroporous adsorbents(PVF-Cs)were prepared by the introduction of chitosan into polyvinyl formal(PVF)foam.The foam was studied by the infrared(IR)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The foamshowsmain pore sizes in the range of 70-1 80μm and it possesses a great water absorption capacity,reaching the water absorption equilibrium within a few seconds.Notably,The foam combines the pore structure of PVF and the amino groups of chitosan,which can be used as absorbent to deal with heavy metal ions in waste water.The foam reaches an absorption equilibrium within 20 min at pH=5.0 and 30℃and the adsorption kinetics would be more compatible with the mechanism of pseudo-second-order model.The equilibrium adsorption isotherm shows the absorption equilibrium of PVF-Cs on the Cu^2+,Pb^2+fitted well with the Langmuir model.According to the Langmuir model,the maximum adsorption capacities of the PVF-Cs foam for Pb^2+and Cu^2+are 340.28 mg/g and 96.57 mg/g,respectively.The foams also exhibit a apid desorption and wonderful reusability after at least five cycles.
