摘 要:在日趋个性化定制加工的今天,如何有效提高数控机床加工的效率和精度等问题显得非常紧迫。阐述了如何在机床上加装测头,通过从测头的原理出发,结合电路设计安装和PMC编写调试的方法,将机床与高精密测头结合。在机床上开发测头功能,并应用于工业加工场景中。测头功能的加装对于用户的意义重大,将极大提高机床的加工精度和效率。With the development of personalized customized processing, how to effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of NC machine tool processing is becoming very urgent. How to install a probe on a machine tool was described. Based on the principle of the probe, combined with circuit design, installation and PCM programming and debugging method, the machine tool was combined with high precision probe. The function of probe is developed on machine tool and applied to industrial processing scene. The installation of probe function is of great significance to users and will greatly improve the processing accuracy and efficiency of machine tools.
