摘  要:为研究滚动轴承不同冲击载荷下的动态性能规律,增强其抗冲击能力,延长使用寿命。以7305单列角接触球轴承作为分析对象,建立轴承的三维实体模型,再将其导入ADAMS软件中进行计算分析。采用ADAMS自带语言编写接触对程序快速定义接触副,使用step函数设置轴承载荷和转速工况。主要分析了不同轴向载荷、径向载荷、突变工况对轴承钢球与保持架冲击载荷的影响。分析结果表明,过小或过大的轴向载荷和较大的径向载荷,轴承钢球与保持架之间均会产生较大的冲击载荷。突变工况下,轴承载荷和转速变化幅度越大,变化时间越小,轴承的冲击载荷就越大。为以后的研究提供可靠的参考依据。In order to study the dynamic performance of rolling bearings under different impact loads, increase their impact resistance and prolongtheir life. Taking the 7305 bearing as the analysis object, the three-dimensional solid model of the bearing was established, and then it was importedinto ADAMS software for calculation and analysis. The contact pair program was written in ADAMS language to define the contact pair quickly, andthe step function was used to set the load and speed of the bearing. The effects of different axial loads, radial loads and abrupt working conditions onimpact loads of bearing balls and cages were analyzed. The analysis results show that the impact load between bearing balls and cage will be larger if theaxial load is too small or too large and the radial load is larger. Under abrupt change condition, the greater the variation range of bearing load andspeed, the smaller the change time, the greater the impact load of bearing. It provides a reliable reference for future research.
