摘 要:目的:探讨应用肌电生物反馈疗法治疗脑卒中偏瘫异常步态患者,评估对患者神经功能、运动功能及行走步态的改善作用。方法:将100例脑卒中偏瘫异常步态患者按数表法随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组行常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上应用肌电生物反馈疗法进行治疗。治疗2个月后,评估患者神经功能缺损、下肢运动功能、肢体痉挛状态、平衡能力及步态变化。结果:治疗后,研究组患者的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、临床痉挛指数(CSI)、计时起立-走测试(TUG)和步宽均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);Fugl-Meyer评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、步长、步频和最大步行速度(MWS)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:应用肌电生物反馈疗法治疗脑卒中偏瘫异常步态患者,能够显著改善患者神经功能、运动功能和平衡状态,患者行走步态得到显著提高。Objective: To explore the application of electromyography biofeedback treatment of stroke patients of hemiplegia with abnormal gait,and evaluate the improvement of neurological function,motor function and walking gait. Methods: 100 stroke patients of hemiplegia with abnormal gait were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received routine treatment,the patients in the study group were treated with electromyographic biofeedback therapy on the basis of routine treatment.After 2 months of treatment,the neurological deficits,lower limb motor function,limb spasm,balance ability and gait changes were assessed. Results: After treatment,the NIHSS,CSI,TUG and step width of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05),and the Fugl-Meyer score,Berg Balance Scale (BBS),step length,step frequency and maximum walking speed (MWS) were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of electromyography biofeedback therapy for the treatment of stroke hemiplegic abnormal gait,which can significantly improve the patient s neurological function,motor function and balance,and the patient s walking gait is significantly improved.
