摘  要:结合原相城煤矿采空区建设办公中心及居住区项目,通过研究采空区地质条件以及煤层开采情况,提出了采空区治理方案,分析了采空区地基稳定性以及结构设计采取的措施。项目建成后,经5a多的营运及对建筑群的变形监测数据验证,效果良好,取得了圆满成功,可供同类工程设计和施工时参考。In combination with the office center and residential area build in the goaf of previous Xiangcheng Mine,with the study on the geological conditions of the goaf and the seam mining condition,the paper provided the control plan of the goaf and analyzed the stability of the foundation in the goaf and the measures of the structure design.After the project construction,with the five years operation and the deformation monitoring data of the buildings,the efficiency was excellent,the full success was obtained and those successful operations could provide the references to the design and construction with the similar engineering.
