摘  要:钻井井筒壁后充填是钻井法凿井施工的关键工序。壁后充填以往采用2种材料,即水泥浆充填或水泥浆与碎石子间隔分段充填。使用水泥浆充填,水泥消耗量大,成本高。介绍了钻井井筒壁后充填水泥砂浆的试验方案和过程,分析了存在的问题,提出了改进建议。试验结果表明,采用水泥砂浆充填,既能够增加充填层的强度和密实度,也能够降低钻井井壁发生破坏的风险。The backfilling in the liner of the mine shaft constructed with the full face boring shaft was the key processing of the shaft sinking construction with the full face boring method.Generally two kinds of the materials would be applied to the backfilling.Therefore the cement slurry backfilling or the cement slurry with the crushed rock was applied to separate sectional backfilling.The cement slurry backfill applied would have high cement consumption and a high cost.The paper introduced the test plan and processing of the backfilled cement mortar in the shaft liner of the bored mine shaft,analyzed the existed problems and provided the improved proposals.The test results showed that the cement mortar applied could improve the strength and compactness of the backfilled layer and also could reduce the failure risk occurred in the shaft liner of the bored mine shaft.
